Megan was raised in the Real Estate Industry as her father, Milton, started his career in 1972 and has been making a name for himself ever since. In 2018, Megan became Chief Operating Officer for RE/MAX Realty Professionals in Greenville and Lake Keowee and RE/MAX Advantage Group in Columbia, South Carolina.
When she joined RE/MAX Realty Professionals in 2014 she worked with Milton and Josh Hoover-Dempsey on The Shockley Hoover-Dempsey Team. The team has over 60+ years of real estate experience combined. Since then the team has grown :)
Megan has a unique approach and objective of working with clients as she studied Human Services at Anderson University. She is passionate about helping people in all aspects of life and being a positive influence to those around her. She strives to make the process of selling and buying as smooth and easy as possible. Her skills in communication, problem solving and seeing each deal through till the end are highly effective in this business.

Christian husband, father, retired teacher, and thirteen year veteran real estate professional at RE/MAX Realty Professionals in Greenville, SC. Josh grew up in Nashville, TN and received a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Tennessee. He taught middle school in two major public school systems for six years before entering the real estate business in 2007. Josh went to work with and learned the business from 40+ year real estate veteran, Milton Shockley, Jr., during The Great Recession. Starting up during a failing economy gave Josh a healthy respect for the real estate business and a great appreciation for the core of his business, the clients he serves. Josh has grown a successful real estate business by listening to the specific needs of his clients and relentlessly serving to achieve their goals. Josh's goal is to deliver such great service to his clients that they would call him without hesitation for future real estate needs and be confident to recommend his real estate services to friends and family. Josh and his wife Lindsay, a native Greenvillian, have been married since 2004 and have three energetic boys and a daughter who runs the show! Tony Blanchard has helped buyers and sellers successfully navigate the competitive Greenville market. Working in real estate full-time, Tony acts as a consultant to help his clients make the best possible decision for them when finding the perfect new home or negotiating a deal. When not working hard for his clients, Tony enjoys spending time with his dog, rooting on the Red Sox or playing tennis.


I was born and raised in the Greenville area and graduated from Riverside High School in 1990. Although a diehard Clemson fan in a crazy Clemson family, I decided to attend the University of Georgia so I could major in Broadcast Journalism. I have always had a great love for sports and I dreamed of using that passion to be a broadcaster. I did that for 7 years most notably at the NBC affiliate, WYFF-TV 4 here in Greenville. Eventually, I left there to pursue the ministry but God had other plans for me. Around that time I met my soon to be wife, Leigh. We have now been married for 16 years and have been blessed with 3 wonderful children. I have been an active member of Brushy Creek Baptist Church in Taylors for over 20 years teaching Sunday School, coaching Youth basketball and serving on various committees.

I started my Real estate career as a full time Property Manager in 2006 at Re/MAX Realty Professionals and have managed hundreds of properties during that time. However, I would say that I really don't manage properties, I manage people and relationships. I am now looking to bring that same personal customer service to help buyers and sellers in a complicated real estate world. I think the key to working in real estate whether its rentals or sales is to be able to solve problems and communicate effectively.
