Milton’s National involvement includes: NAR Director, past Chairman of Membership Policy and Board Jurisdiction Committee, Chairman of the Research Committee and on the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS®, State and Municipal Legislation Committee, Fiscal Affairs, Multi-Family Housing and Financial Institution Sub-Committee, Political Affairs and Legislative Committees. Milton currently serves on the Membership Policy and Board Jurisdiction Committee, Issues Mobilization Committee, and the Convention Committee for the year 2001. In 1993, Milton served as President of the South Carolina Association of REALTORS®. He has been actively involved on the state level as a Director, Secretary, Treasurer and on various committees. In 1996 he received the REALTOR® of the Year award from the State Association. At the local level, Milton has served the Association as Secretary, Vice President, President and Chairman of the Board. My husband, Matt, my daughter, Morgan and my son, Ryan and I have lived in Greenville for the past 18 years. I have been active in the Greenville community with the Komen Race for the Cure as Survivor Chairman, Race Chairman and President of the Upstate Komen Board. Re/Max is co-sponsor of the Survivor Program with my sorority Zeta Tau Alpha, and I have been active on a local and national level with ZTA for years.

Experience & Background:
Merle Dunson joined RE/MAX in 2005. Prior to joining RE/MAX she was a top producer with Poinsett Homes. She and her partner sold over 100 homes in less than 2 years. Her experience includes the sale of townhome, single family and patio homes. She was involved in every stage of the building process from the selection of floor plans and housing products to the completion of the home.

Strengths & Motivations:
Prior to becoming a Realtor, she was the owner and operator of a nationally sold jewelry business. Merle also worked with a local event planning company.

Personal & Community Interests:
Her talents include the arts, floral design, desktop publishing and extensive computer experience. She never meets a stranger and loves to help people in many ways including finding or building their dream home. She currently resides on the Eastside with her husband and 3 children.
